Aster Capital arranges equity and debt-secured accounts on a fixed-return basis for "Proof of Funds" uses to facilitate various transactional requirements. The account is established in the client's name as a Money Market Account or Certificate of Deposit at a U.S. private equity firm, and can be opened in as little as two (2) banking days. The Account or CD can be confirmed by written Verification of Deposit, as well as by verbal, fax and electronic verification. The account status can also be provided via SWIFT MT999. SWIFT Category 9 messages are designated for communicating Cash Management & Customer Status information to SWIFT member banks. Rate-of-return requirements for the assets invested to open the accounts vary, dependent upon the size of the account and verification type.
